Preamble
Respecting your privacy is a priority for SARL SDLP, publisher of the PERFBOOK online software. This Privacy Policy complies with the rules imposed by the GDPR. Its purpose is to inform users of the website and application, on how we process and store personal data (are considered personal data, any information that identifies or makes identifiable a user) :
- On data hosting and confidentiality;
- On the rights they have concerning this data;
- Who is responsible for processing the personal data collected and processed?
- the recipients of the personal data;

Article 1: Definitions
User:
A user is a person accessing the Perfbook application (website or mobile app) from a device: computer, smartphone or tablet. The user can enter information and view reports according to the rights given by the administrator.
Club :
A club or company (hereinafter referred to as a Club) is an entity that groups together a set of users. It is the Club that contracts with SDLP for the use of the Perfbook application by users associated with its Club.
Administrator :
The Club Administrator (hereinafter referred to as Administrator) is a user who belongs to the Club. Compared with a normal user, an Administrator has special rights which enable him/her to configure the Perfbook application and manage other users in the application (update information, manage access rights, etc.).
It is often the Administrator who is in close contact with the PERFBOOK Support Team.
PERFBOOK Support Team :
Includes all technicians working for SDLP to maintain and update the PERFBOOK application.
Article 2: Principles relating to the collection and processing of personal data
In accordance with Article 5 of European Regulation 2016/679, personal data is :
- Processed in a manner that is lawful, fair and transparent to the data subject;
- Collected for specified (see Article 3.3 hereof), explicit and legitimate purposes, and not further processed in a way incompatible with these purposes;
- Adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;
accurate and, where necessary, kept up to date. - All reasonable steps are taken to ensure that personal data which is inaccurate, having regard to the purposes for which it is processed, is erased or rectified without delay;
- Kept in a form which permits identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed;
- Processed in such a way as to guarantee appropriate security of the data collected, including protection against unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical or organizational measures.
The processing by PERFBOOK is lawful insofar as at least one of the following conditions is met:
- The data subject has consented to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specific purposes;
- The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or for the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject’s request;
- Processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which the data controller is subject;
- Processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person;
- Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller;
- The processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party, unless the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data prevail, in particular where the data subject is a child.
Article 3: Personal data collected and processed when browsing the site and using the application
Article 3.1: Data collection method
Data is collected in the following ways:
- On joining PERFBOOK, through information transmitted by the Club when a portal is created, by the PERFBOOK Support Team.
- When user accounts are created by the Administrator
- When a user file is modified/customized by the Administrator or the user him/herself
- Through responses to questionnaires, by users
- Automatically when data is imported, by the user or an Administrator
- Automatically during navigation, use and action in the PERFBOOK application.
Article 3.2: Data collected and processed in the context of our activity
When you register with the PERFBOOK application, we collect the following data:
- last name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth and position in the Club
This same information, as well as any other additional information related to the Club or Users, is added by the Administrator, or by the Users themselves.
Article 3.3: Processing of personal data relating to a child
Our application contains sections that can be consulted by children (minors) mainly in training centers and sports schools.
The collection of their personal information is the responsibility of the parents or the Administrator (trainer or coach) in charge of the children in the Club.
Article 3.4: Use of information and purpose of data
The collection and processing of this data is necessary to support the Club, and thus optimally respond to the service offered by PERFBOOK. This meets the following purpose(s):
- Sales follow-up (invoicing, file follow-up, customer contact, contract renewal, etc.)
- Secure connections
- Support and analysis of all aspects of a sportsperson’s life
- Optimized analysis and centralization of information on the activity of a Club and its Users
Article 3.5: Storage
Users’ personal data is kept by SDLP under reasonable security conditions for a period of 3 months after unsubscribing from the Club.
The company may retain certain personal data beyond the time limits set out above, for a period not exceeding that required to meet its legal or regulatory obligations, and for the purposes of establishing proof of a right or contract.
Article 3.6: Data hosting and confidentiality
The perfbook.pro and perfbook.app websites and the associated web and mobile applications are hosted by :

As OVH has servers all over the world, our users’ data is hosted according to their geographical area:
- Son a server in Europe for France and other European countries
- On a server in North America for our Canadian and American users.
- On a server in Australia for Australian users
PERFBOOK is the sole owner of the information collected on its application.
Your personal information will not be sold, rented, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason, without your consent, other than what is necessary to meet the service offer proposed by PERFBOOK.
The PERFBOOK Support Team is the sole recipient. This includes trusted third parties who help us operate our application or conduct our business, as long as these parties agree to keep this information confidential (managers, employees, etc.).
Subcontractors contractually bound to PERFBOOK may process your personal data for the functioning and operation of the company. Their access is strictly controlled by PERFBOOK and solely for the performance of the services we entrust to them. A contract is systematically concluded between PERFBOOK and the selected subcontractors.
EXCEPTION: There are two subcontractors outside France who use personal data (first and last name) for match coding and the generation of summary reports.
A contrario, it may be necessary to share information with administrative or judicial authorities in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our terms of use, or when we are required to do so by law.

Article 4.2: Protection of information
We implement a variety of security measures to keep your personal information safe. We use state-of-the-art encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online. We also protect your information offline. Only employees and subcontractors who need to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer care) have access to personally identifiable information. The computers and servers used to store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
However, it is your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of the password you use to access your Account. Do not share this information with anyone. If you share your computer, remember to log out before leaving the application.
Article 5: Your rights
You are the only one to have communicated the data in our possession, directly from your PERFBOOK account, or through your PERFBOOK Administrator.
You therefore have rights to your personal data. In accordance with regulations on the protection of personal data, in particular Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, and after proving your identity, you have the right to ask us for access to personal data concerning you, to rectify or delete them, via the withdrawal of your consent
In addition, within the limits set by law, you also have the right to object to processing, to limit it, to decide on the post-mortem fate of your data, to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to portability of the personal data provided
Right to access, modify and delete data
We undertake to grant a right of access and rectification to the persons concerned who wish to consult, modify or even delete the information concerning them.

Article 6: Unsubscribing
