Interface Updates: Rollout of 3 New Languages
PERFBOOK is taking another step forward in its international expansion by adding three new languages to its interface (in addition to French and English):
- Brazilian Portuguese,
- Spanish,
- and Polish.

PERFBOOK now lets you see at a glance which user has opened each of your documents.
Instructions, training plans, reports, administrative documents: you can see exactly who has read them and who hasn’t yet. This ensures that the information has reached its intended recipients, without the need for repeated follow-ups or any uncertainty about its distribution.
This quick access to details about each view streamlines communication within your organization and makes it easier to track both your staff members and your athletes.
Stay in control of your personal data
Because the privacy of your information is just as important as sharing it, PERFBOOK now lets you decide what others see about your activity.
Each user can choose whether or not to allow access to the details of their visits. If they choose to keep this information private, their statistics remain anonymous: their visit is counted, but their identity does not appear in the details displayed to other members.
This allows you to track the distribution of your documents while protecting everyone’s privacy. This option, which is easy to enable and modify at any time, builds trust within your group and is fully compliant with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Video Analysis: SmashVision’s AI in PERFBOOK
PERFBOOK has partnered with SmashVision, a specialist in AI-powered volleyball video analysis, to save you hours of work.
Using video footage from a volleyball match, the analysis coding is generated automatically: serves, receptions, sets, attacks, blocks, and defenses are detected by AI, without the need for manual entry.
It now takes just a few hours to obtain actionable data. You can prepare for your matches faster, analyze more games, and devote your time to what helps your team improve: working with your players.
Import your season schedule in an instant
No more need to enter your season’s practices, games, training camps, or appointments one by one. PERFBOOK now lets you quickly import your events into the calendar from an ICS file or an Excel list.
You can import the schedule from your federation, league, or competition calendar, or create your schedule in a spreadsheet and add it in a single import.
Each event appears directly in your team’s shared calendar, accessible to your athletes, staff, and coaches. You save time at the start of every season and minimize the risk of errors or oversights.

This update also includes several new features to make using PERFBOOK easier.
You can now import your Amplify video analyses.
You can edit a match’s score directly from the analysis list.
To track your athletes’ progress, you can more easily set individual objectives based on their averages (which are calculated using all available data at the time of entry).
Finally, the new navigation system for switching between members speeds up your searches: you can switch from one profile to another without returning to the list, while maintaining the active filter.
